We ordered bff fries 2 floats and 2 mcFlurry about 10-11pm, when she gave us our order, I was still talking and she turned me away, I asked for additional catsup but he ignored me, as if she didn't see anything, we had been waiting standing in the dispatching area and the sandae we ordered are melting, so disrespectful and rude' maybe she doesn't like her job' the staff I'm talking about is girl and chubby in the dispatching area, I think she needs to attend the attitude seminar

Poor experience using the Mcdo Delivery App. The Catering branch is Mcdo Balagtas. 1 hour and 30 mins no update from mcdo balagtas and still undelivered as of this time

After being a weekly customer since tha day they opened, I was refused my Senior citizen discount because I only had photo of my senior I D in my phone. I explained I had been robed of my wallet 3 days earlier. I was a weekly known customer. I will never go there again. I will go to Burger King, a little farther but they are not rude to their customers.The owners are nice sorry these young people are ruining their business. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Watch for me on social media!

Nice new restaurant having covid19 regulations parking front for cars side for bikes also drive through .large dinning area social distance tables there's upstairs too but closed off .toilets not so clean but big area inside.Food hot delicious having monitor to tell you your order ready to collect yourself
