Among the slowest drive thru in Philippines. Always a wait. 3 coke floats and fries, 11 minute wait. No drink Carrier provided, just paperbag, and drinks tip over pulling out onto highway, plus fries were hardly salted, so why bother.Breakfast in morning, 15-20+ minute wait, IF THEY EVEN HAVE IT.Quicker to drive into Clark, Day or Bamban, you'll get your food faster. Been that way for 3-4 year's, NJ nothing changes.
Useless store. Their service is very slow, you have to wait for almost 30 minutes and then when you follow up, they just laugh at you, the crew and management are so unprofessional.
The crew and manager that was on duty forgot our drinks and sundae, We reminded them to correct the orders unfortunately they still forgot the sundae also they put a sundae spoon to our paper bag but still forgot the sundae. Manager on that day was also not focus on the orders in front counter but still supporting it but SHE'S NOT HELPING. The place was also not CLEAN the floor is sticky and the chairs are wet.The food is also dry the fries are also soggy not the fries I used to have.

Good location.But... as the F2F classes started, breakfast (dine-in) in Mcdo is like you're inside a classroom, where almost all the students are doing/copying other's assignment. The ambiance is not so good, a lot of noise and crowded w/ students even some tables they occupied doesn't have an order/food. To the school management, other people can see your students cheating, what a shame.And.. new dine-in customers doesn't even have their table...
